12 Common Sense Blogger Tips
Blogging tips come from many different bloggers. A beginner Blogger to an expert Blogger, all have something to say and it can overwhelm bloggers trying to sort through which blogger tips are actually the best for SEO Pressor and Top SEO rankings.
Hi, I’m jeff noel from Orlando, Florida and I’ve worked (if you can call it that) for a large Central Florida Entertainment Company for 27 years, including the past 12 as a Professional Speaker.
In two short years, I’ve passionately written 3,800 blog posts.
This classic blogging debate is always heated when you pit folks who blog for SEO, versus those blogging for content, without concern for SEO rankings. And then there are power bloggers who magically accomplish both.
As a blogger there are two things to keep in mind:
- There are Bloggers who know blogging technically
- And bloggers who know blogging emotionally
There are even undiscovered bloggers who balance both and pump out one or more daily blog posts, 365 days a year. And blog in a way no one else has tried before.
Sure, there are the expert bloggers we must take seriously. And yet, at the same time, we should give fair consideration to those bloggers that have become prolific in their own right, based on 1 or more of these 3 blogging criteria:
- Sheer volume of blog posts
- Number of blog followers
- Unique blogging platform
The most common blogger pitfalls always center on common blogger mistakes:
- Infrequent blog posting schedule
- Blog posts too long and rambling
- Irrelevant content
- Crude or obnoxious blog content
- Lack of personal vision and mission
- Giving up too soon
- Not engaging blog followers/customers
The successful blogger works diligently, tirelessly, and passionately to press on and emerge as a credible and reputable voice. I began blogging in 2008, poorly. In 2009 I resolved to become a better blogger. And 2009 started as another pathetic attempt, but 3 months into it, a sudden turning point…
One warm March, Orlando Florida evening, with windows open and television on low, my son (8 at the time) asked me why Mrs. Hoback made him read out loud 20 minutes each night.
Without missing a beat, I confidently, and without hesitation blurted out, “Mrs. Hoback wants you to be a good reader. If you want to be a good reader, you have to read a lot”.
The blogging epiphany!
If you want to be a good writer, you have to blog. A lot!
Sound familiar? What would you have done?
