How do you position or Sell IT services to and software ‘C’ Level executives?

When I was selling software it was done the old fashion way… a lot of work and a lot of time…

Now with LinkedIn it is much easier…

I used to be CEO and VP of software companies including ERP and Collaboration/Project Management. Sold to C-Level executives projects and software up to $4 million per customer.

My strategy was always 2 fold.  Get those people who are looking for the product now and Look for people who don’t know they need the IT products or services.

Then I started low budget direct marketing and advertising to find people already involved in RFP and sell my way into the RFP. This way I don’t waist my time with bad leads as I know every single lead will buy. Maybe not from me, but they will buy!

Now that LinkedIn is here, you should take advantage of it.
