    Jorge,

    Say you work with a recuiter, a recuiter submit you for job with a company and you don’t get the job. What are the chances of you working with this company one on one for a job.
    Maybe this company dose not want to pay the agency?

    Hello Margarita,

    I depends if the company retained the agency. If they did retain them, chances are they will hire someone from them. If your recruiter is sending the resume and they are not their client chances are they will not look at the resume.
